Purchasing a home has been a dreaded adventure for me since I have decided to do so. I saw myself as one of the worst customers on the market.I had no desire to search for homes, had no idea what I wanted or where I wanted it to be. Basically, I had the downpayment to purchase a home, that was all.I have worked with several Realtors and none of them were any significant help in my case. It seemed like all they wanted to do was show me a place and quickly do the paperwork.I saw that as a pressure sale with no heart on the Realtor`s part. Finding location proved to be somewhat of a challenge.However, within few days we had it narrowed down and managed to pick a place that best complimented my needs.Korey's hard work and sole dedication made me feel comfortable with the decision I was about to make. Korey made countless efforts to educate me on being a home owner.Her help was unparalleled. With in few days we closed the deal. I am certain that if it wasn't for her drive, professionalism and dedication, I would still be looking.I am glad I had an opportunity to work with Korey. I felt like she was a friend helping me find a home rather then a Realtor trying to sell me something.I would not recommend anyone to any of my friends if I was not 100% ready to stand behind my recommendation. I have recommended Korey's services to many of my friends after purchasing my house.I highly recommend Korey to those who are looking to purchase a home, especially their first one. With Korey buying a first home is exciting other then scary. I am sure that she will not allow anyone to purchase a place that they will not be thrilled with, even if it means weeks of searching.Korey has become a friend to me as well as My Realtor.
